• Sessions & Workshops: Payments secure your spot. Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
   

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed sessions are non-refundable.
   

• Course Packages & Programs: For multi-session programs, unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the program timeframe with prior notice.
   

• Exceptional Circumstances: If unforeseen circumstances prevent a session from occurring, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future session. Life happens, and we aim to be adaptable to extenuating circumstances.
