As a practitioner, I am first and foremost honored to be considered a helper along people's paths. My background is by no means exhaustive, yet I am encouraged by a deep yearning to be of service to those who either see or are willing to see beyond the obvious.

The Crucible: Where Transformation Happens

In 2019, I came face-to-face with many illusions I had about myself and the world during a time of great personal strife. This was the most recent of many spiritual inflection points throughout my life. Since then, I've walked a path full of questions about the nature of reality, the mind, and how inner peace can truly be experienced. Coming from the corporate world of media and fashion, I can attest that this walk is anything but glamorous! And it is in that walk where I physically push my body to its limits in temples and suburban rentals alike all over the U.S., subject my mind to five hours of meditation while studying mediumship in Brazil, caress 400 year old encoded wall drawings by an ancient lama in Bhutan, delicately guide the healing of changemakers from the fortress of discreet exchange, and meet teachers who are exceptional in their cultivation yet so humble you'd never know they existed...

This is where I've found the deepest and most meaningful transformation.

The Community: Who It Happens With

It is in that place I meet the artists, founders, innovators, seekers and cultivators on the the edge of personal evolution. It is in that place we compare notes and laugh at our pallid attempts to overcome the binding grip of life's illusions! We laugh, cry, bite the bullet through it, and continue our inquiry in service of humanity. We ask each other for help, and now I offer that to you as many ways as this offering is able to serve.

The Content: How to Sustain It

The studies and practices I draw from are through lineages of teachers throughout my life that span across spiritual traditions and modalities in the realm of modern transformational science. This foundational grounding in theory and practice deepens my ability to sense, track and shift subtle patterns in a way that is both intuitive and precise. Over the past six years, I've offered my services to those in need, and firmly believe that serving others with no agenda is integral to personal transformation.
